Full fridge initiative
Through our Full Fridge Initiative, we partner with the Ramsey County Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team, and The Continental & Lamoreaux - Aeon properties to provide fresh produce and bread directly to those served by these organizations. Our Full Fridge Initiative program stocks the fridges at each of these organizations with food deliveries. By supplying food directly to people at the organizations already part of their routines, we bypass the bureaucratic processes that often prevent people from getting the food they need (e.g. limits on visits, difficulty transporting food, etc.).
